BROCHURE PLANS
Brochure plans consisting of up to 3 levels outlining floor layout and size.
ADDITIONAL 3D IMAGE
An additional interior or exterior 3D image of your choice that is not included in your original 3D Visual Package.
NIGHT SHOT
Select a single exterior view of your choice as a night shot.
ARTIST STYLES
Select a single exterior view of your choice with an artist style filter applied.
ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING
Additional plant placement and landscaping. No terrain work or retaining walls included. See example below for basic landscaping vs. additional landscaping.
HIGH RESOLUTION
Select up to three images to be rendered in print poster quality resolution and size.
EXTERIOR VIDEO
An exterior video of an additional outdoor space that was not included with your 3D Visual Package, or not included with your product.​
DOLLHOUSE VIEWS
Dollhouse views consisting of up to 3 levels of bird's eye floor views.
REMOVE MUSIC
Request to remove the pre-selected music from the video in the 3D Visual Package you received with your project.
SEASONAL FRONT ELEVATION
Select a single exterior view of your choice as a seasonal shot.
ARTISTIC FILTER
Select a single exterior view of your choice with an artistic filter applied.
BIRDS EYE VIEW
A bird's eye view 3D rendering of your project to help visualize space and outdoor surroundings.
INTERIOR VIDEO
An interior video of a specified additional room that was not included with your 3D Visual Package, or not included with your product.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETAILS
Add additional environmental details to your 3D Visual Package including mailboxes, lights, street signs and stagnant people and vehicles.

COMPANY LOGO
Add your company logo to your 3D Visual Package (all renders & videos in the 3D Visual Package are included)
REMOVE VIRTUACTIVE LOGO
Remove the VirtuActive logo and watermarks from your 3D Visual Package, when your project is not part of a licensed package.
INTERIOR SUN STUDY
Choose one day of the year to view the position of the sun in one location of choice from sun up to sun down. 1 hour/additional location after original selection has been created.
SEASONAL FRONT ELEVATION
Select a single exterior view of your choice to use as a seasonal shot for all 4 seasons.
FRONT ELEVATION HOLIDAY SCENE
Select a single exterior view of your choice as a holiday shot.
EXTERIOR SUN STUDY
Plug in exact coordinates to show the position of the sun during a 12 hour period for the exterior of the home.

VIDEO ANIMATION
Choose either an interior or exterior video to include added animations. Examples can include moving cars, birds, people, weather, etc.

Allows for the detailed customization of a design and the selections of the interior and/or exterior of a space. The client should provide a detailed floor or landscaping plan with specific selections to be represented into the 3D design.

DEVELOPMENT FLY OVER
Fly over/aerial video of a neighborhood or development for marketing purposes. The client should provide a detailed plot plan with specific selections to be represented into the 3D design.

We will present an estimated quote/timeline based off of the information the client provides.
SITE SPECIFIC PROJECT PLACEMENT
A client should provide a specific location (address or general area) that they would like to see their project placed in. This provides a more accurate indication of the completed project to help gauge space and environmental surroundings. Our team will use the provided location to create a 3D template unique to that area and will place the project within it. Please be aware, not all surrounding structures will be represented in the final product.
We worked with Boltinghouse Homes to design these cabins being built at Dismal River Golf Club in Mullen, Nebraska. We used the coordinates of the club to design the surrounding space that these cabins sit on to give a more accurate representation of the final products at Dismal River.
FULL LANDSCAPING
To be used to place landscaping details into a 3D model per the discretion of the client or landscaping plan. We can place plants, trees, retaining walls, environmental details, pools and outdoor "extras" to be a 3D representaion of a client's vision and plan. This can be used as signage, fundraising content, personal visualization, and more!
We worked with Roncalli Catholic High School in Omaha, NE to help create 3D visuals for their exterior revamp that were used as fundraising content and visuals to share with the staff, students, families and alumni.
